A notetaker inside the system of record
Practifi’s transcripts, audio and video are stored in the CRM beside the client, with retention set by your firm and an audit trail of who accessed what and when.5
Practifi is a CRM for advice firms, built on the Salesforce platform and sold in two products, Sentir and Naya. It describes itself as a provider for RIAs, a United States term, and it has offices in Sydney and Chicago. Briefi is not a CRM you run the firm from. It is built around the client conversation: the review meeting, the follow-up, the ongoing fee consent and the signature. If you want a configurable CRM with a notetaker inside it, Practifi is a serious option. If you want the meeting and its paperwork handled without moving your client record, Briefi fits beside what you already use.
Each Practifi line links to the page it came from. Where its pages are silent, the row says so, which is not a claim that the feature is missing.

Practifi is a CRM with a notetaker. Briefi is the meeting, the consent and the signature. Practifi’s price figures carry no currency on its pricing page, so none are shown here.
An adviser prepares an annual review for a client family and wants the follow-up done the same day. Practifi’s side comes from its own pages as they stood on 16 October 2026.
Naya lists pre-built workflows for annual client reviews, and the notetaker classifies conversations by topic, including annual review.25
The review is a journey with its steps and document requests laid out. A brief collects earlier meetings and open actions before the meeting.
The AI Notetaker joins Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls and records in-person meetings through the mobile app, keeping audio, video and transcripts in the CRM.5
The bot joins Zoom, Teams or Google Meet. Without a link, record in the browser or with the face-to-face recorder.
Summaries are stored as Smart Notes linked to the client record, and the follow-up assistant creates tasks automatically.5
The recap follows the meeting’s own language and gives each action an owner. The follow-up is drafted in Briefi and sent from your mailbox.
Firms control transcript storage and retention under their compliance policies, with an audit trail of record access.5
Sensitive content is encrypted under a key held for the workspace, owners and admins have an audit log.
The pages we read do not describe signing or a client portal. The FAQ says subscriptions are an annual commitment.32
The fee consent is signed online, and the fee register shows when the next consent window opens.
If one of these decides it, Practifi is likely the stronger fit.
Practifi’s transcripts, audio and video are stored in the CRM beside the client, with retention set by your firm and an audit trail of who accessed what and when.5
Practifi sits on the Salesforce platform, so a firm already comfortable with Salesforce gets that ecosystem. Briefi has its own platform and pushes outcomes to Salesforce rather than living inside it.34
Every subscription includes guided implementation and a dedicated client success manager, according to Practifi’s FAQ.3
Practifi’s home page shows figures of more than two hundred and fifty RIA firms and more than ten thousand users.1
Briefi is for practices that want the meeting, the consent and the signature handled and are content to keep the client record in the CRM they already trust.
Briefi pushes meetings and outcomes to the CRM you use, from HubSpot to Salesforce to Zoho CRM, so adopting it does not mean moving your clients.
An ongoing fee arrangement carries a reference day, and Briefi shows whether consent is current, open, due or lapsed for an Australian workspace, so the date drives the work.
Clients upload what you ask for through a link sent to their own address, and sign the agreement on theirs, with co-signers confirming by a code over email and text.
Briefi is not a CRM and does not write advice documents. It does not take payments from your clients today, identity checks are not available yet, and the app and built-in forms are English only.
How the whole record fits together is on the Advisor page.
Briefi shows a price for each plan on its pricing page. Practifi lists a per-user price for each product, but the page does not say which currency, so we do not set the two side by side.
Briefi prices are in AUD and are read from the same price list as the pricing page, so they change when it does.
No. Practifi is a CRM on the Salesforce platform. Briefi handles the meeting, the follow-up, the fee consent and the signature, and pushes the outcome to the CRM you use.
Its pages describe the product as intelligent CRM for RIAs, a United States term, and the company lists offices in Sydney and Chicago. We found nothing on the pages we read about Australian licensee requirements, so ask Practifi what fits your licensee.
Yes. Its AI Notetaker joins Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls and records in-person meetings through its mobile app, then files summaries on the client record. Briefi also joins Google Meet.
Its security page says it is built on Salesforce, whose data centres span several countries including Australia, and it does not say which region an Australian firm is placed in. Briefi stores its app and database in Sydney and says plainly that some processing uses providers overseas.
Practifi’s FAQ says it does not offer free trials. Briefi’s plans and trial terms are on its pricing page.
