Saturn is an AI platform for advice firms based in London. Its pages describe turning meetings and documents into insight, taking the admin out of suitability letters and annual reviews, and a compliance suite that checks files and observes meetings. Briefi is aimed at the Australian practice: it captures the meeting and drafts the follow-up, then tracks each ongoing fee against its consent window and files the signed paperwork to the household. A UK firm that wants suitability letters and file checks should look at Saturn. An Australian practice that works to the fee consent window should look at Briefi.

Two regulators, two jobs. Saturn’s paperwork is UK suitability and file checking. Briefi’s is the Australian fee consent window and the signed agreement. This page compares what each does, not which rulebook you should follow.
One client, start to finish
One client, start to finish
An adviser holds a review meeting, files what was agreed, finishes the paperwork and has the file checked. What we show for Saturn is limited to the wording of its pages, read on 16 October 2026, and only customer quotes describe its meeting notes.
1
Capture the review
Saturn
Its home page speaks of turning unstructured data, meetings and documents into actionable insights. Meeting notes are named in customer quotes, not as a feature on that page.13
Briefi
Briefi joins by bot from Pro, records in the browser, or listens through the standalone recorder in the room. The transcript stays with the meeting.
2
Write the note
Saturn
A UK customer says notes took thirty to forty-five minutes after every meeting before Saturn.3
Briefi
The recap lands on the client’s meeting in the language the meeting was held in, with the actions listed and each given an owner.
3
Draft the letter
Saturn
The home page lists suitability letters among the admin it takes off the team.1
Briefi
Briefi does not draft advice documents. It drafts the follow-up email, which you check and send from your own mailbox.
4
Finish the paperwork
Saturn
Signing and document requests are not mentioned on the pages we read.12
Briefi
The fee agreement goes out for signature, and a request asks the client for any document you need. Both come back to the household.
5
Check the file
Saturn
The Guardian Compliance Suite automates file checks and meeting observations.1
Briefi
The review is marked on the client’s record, and the consent window shows whether the ongoing fee is current, open, due or lapsed.
Where Saturn wins
When Saturn is the better choice
Where the deciding point is UK paperwork, file checks or a stated training policy, Saturn is the likelier fit.
Letters
Suitability admin taken off the team
Saturn’s home page promises to release your team from admin, from suitability letters to annual reviews. Briefi does not write advice documents, so a UK firm that wants help with that paperwork should start with Saturn.1
File checks
Firm-wide compliance checks
Its Guardian Compliance Suite automates file checks and meeting observations. Briefi shows each client’s reviews and due dates, but does not review the files for the firm.1
Customers
Time saved, in its customers’ words
A customer story from a UK wealth firm says notes used to take thirty to forty-five minutes after every meeting before Saturn, and puts the saving at five to seven hours a week. These are the customer’s claims on Saturn’s own page, not an independent measure.3
Training
A plain promise on training
The security page states that Saturn never trains its models on your client data, and that residency is configurable.2
Where Briefi is different
The consent window, the agreement and the household record.
Briefi is organised around what an Australian practice must keep for each client, after the conversation has ended.
Ongoing fees on a calendarAdvisor
Consent opens sixty days before each anniversary of the reference day and closes one hundred and fifty days after. The register shows where every arrangement stands. This is for Australian workspaces only.
Signed, then filedSign
Initials carry forward when a document is amended, co-signers can sign together or by their own link, and the certificate page records the time, device and location of each signature.
The recording stays with the meetingMeetings
A bot, the browser or the standalone recorder captures the conversation, and the transcript is kept against the meeting so the recap can be checked against what was said.
Briefi does not write advice documents or suitability letters, so the advice and your duties stay with you. Recaps follow the meeting’s language, while the app and its built-in forms are English only.
How the whole record fits together is on the Advisor page.
Pricing
Pricing compared
A Briefi plan is priced per plan, not per user, and the pricing page says what seats, the size of your book and allowances come with it. Saturn lists no price on the pages we read, so no figure is shown for it here. Ask them for a quote.

Questions
Briefi and Saturn, asked often
Is Saturn available in Australia?
We found no mention of Australia on the Saturn pages we read. Its address is in London and its customer stories are British. We have not claimed it is or is not offered here, so ask Saturn before you plan around it.
Does Briefi write suitability letters?
No. Briefi prepares you for the meeting, captures it, drafts the follow-up email and tracks the reviews and fees on the record. The advice documents remain yours to write.
Where is my client data kept with each?
Briefi stores it in Sydney, with some processing by overseas providers that the Security page lists, and encrypts client content at field level with a key wrapped for each workspace. Saturn says residency is local and configurable, and the pages we read do not say where.
Which systems does Briefi connect to?
A meeting can be pushed to GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Monday, Pipedrive, Close, Copper, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the public API lets another tool read meetings and contacts. More connections are rolling out progressively.
What does Briefi do about annual fee consent?
Every ongoing arrangement has a reference day. Briefi shows it as current, open, due or lapsed, with consent accepted from sixty days before each anniversary to one hundred and fifty days after. Your licensee’s rules and your own advice on the law take precedence.
What does Saturn say about my client data?
Its security page says it never trains its models on your client data, that data is fully encrypted in transit and at rest, and that residency is local and configurable. It links a trust centre that we did not open, so read that before you rely on it.
Can I run Briefi beside Saturn?
Nothing stops it. Keep the file checks where they are and run new households through Briefi, so you can compare the record each leaves behind.
