Enterprise access controls: visibility, teams, real roles
A workspace is no longer a flat trust zone. Meetings get workspace / team / private visibility, personal mailboxes stay private unless shared, the viewer role is enforced at the database, and IdP offboarding revokes access instantly. Plus teams, a manager overview, deal ownership, SCIM group role mapping, and an audit log API for SIEM ingest.
- NewMeeting visibility levels — workspace, team-only, or private to the owner; 1:1s, interviews and patient consults default to private
- NewPer-mailbox inbox privacy — IMAP mailboxes are private to you unless you share them with the workspace
- NewTeams within a workspace + a manager overview of per-member activity (counts only — private content stays private)
- NewSCIM group role mapping — your IdP groups decide who lands as admin, member, or viewer
- NewAudit log API (Enterprise) — workspace audit trail for SIEM ingest, including content-access events
- NewPipeline: All deals / My deals filter + deal reassignment for owners and admins
- SecurityRead-only viewer role now enforced by the database and the API, not just hidden in the UI
- SecurityIdP deprovisioning (SCIM) revokes data access immediately, not at next sign-in
- SecurityMeetings are owned by the person whose calendar they came from — the foundation for per-user privacy

Public website ships + Payload-ready CMS
Marketing site at briefi.sh goes live with full Home, Pricing, Product, Use cases, About, Blog and per-vertical pages. Content layer is wired through a Payload-ready abstraction so swapping to a CMS is one env-var change.

Discovery guide drawer on During desktop
The discovery guide moved out of the inline aside and into a right-edge drawer. Decisions and Actions get the right column to themselves; Guide opens on demand from a header pill.

Auto-recharge + improved billing emails
Top-up auto-recharge is opt-in and enforces a Stripe-side guard so you never get surprise charges. Billing emails (plan upgrade, top-up purchased, subscription cancelled) now ship from the new templated email module.

Public REST API v1 + MCP server
Briefi now ships a public REST API on Business plan and an MCP server for Claude Desktop. Per-tenant API keys, rate-limited at 100 req/min.

Multi-CRM support: HubSpot + Monday alongside GHL
Per-workspace CRM provider selector. HubSpot via OAuth, Monday via API key + column mapping. The same CrmConnector interface across all three so future providers slot in without UI rework.
