Okta · Azure AD · Google Workspace · OneLogin · any IdP that speaks SAML 2.0. Per-workspace configuration, JIT user provisioning.
SCIM 2.0 provisioning
Auto add + remove users from the IdP, with group to role mapping — your IdP groups decide who lands as admin, member, or read-only viewer. Offboard someone in Okta and their Briefi data access drops in the same minute.
Custom DPA
Negotiated against your legal team's template. We start from our standard DPA on briefi.sh/dpa and amend where your privacy office requires.
99% uptime SLA
Service credits for breach. 10% credit for any month under 99%, 25% under 95%, 50% under 90%. Measured monthly against the briefi.sh/status page.
Audit log API
Programmatic access to the workspace audit trail — team + role changes, integration and API-key events, billing actions, and content access (share links opened, recordings played, visibility changes) — for SIEM ingest into Splunk / Datadog / your tool of choice.
Granular visibility controls
Meetings are workspace-visible, team-only, or private to their owner — 1:1s, interviews, and patient consults default to private automatically. Personal mailboxes stay private unless deliberately shared. A read-only viewer role is enforced at the database, not just the UI.
Dedicated CSM
A named contact for onboarding, expansion conversations, and any incident. Quarterly business review with usage + ROI data.
Custom credit pool
Sized for your team's actual meeting load — typical starting allocation is 200,000 credits / month for 50–100 users. Top-ups available at volume rate.
Annual contract + invoicing
Procurement-friendly. Invoice + ACH / wire payment terms net-30 standard. No monthly card-on-file required.
Custom data residency
AU-primary by default. EU + US data residency available for customers with regulatory requirements; we route via the matching Supabase region.

Bug reports from Enterprise customers get a 1-business-day acknowledgement and a named owner. Feature requests get a roadmap conversation, not a Discord vote.
