Briefi is built and run by Chidi Okechukwu, founder of Briefi.sh. Chidi works across five workspaces — a Sydney technology consultancy, the SaaS you're reading, and a handful of ventures and board roles alongside.
That's roughly forty external meetings a week, across five workspaces, three CRMs, and two inboxes. Briefi started as the personal tool that kept that lifestyle from collapsing. Now it's a product.

Build for the operator we already are.
Every feature ships first into Chidi's own workspace. If it doesn't survive a week of real meetings, it doesn't ship publicly. We don't roadmap from market research — we roadmap from where the personal tool is failing us this month.

Pricing should reward joining early.
The first hundred customers carry the most reputation risk and the most word-of-mouth value. They get founder pricing — locked forever. We can't undo it later because Stripe enforces the discount for the life of the subscription.

Open at every seam.
Public REST API on Business. MCP server in npm. CSV export of everything from day one. No data lock-in. If you cancel, you take your meetings, contacts, and follow-up history with you in a single click.

Quiet products win the long game.
No notifications you didn't ask for. No upgrade nag. No social-proof popups. Briefi only interrupts you when something needs your attention, and even then only on the channels you said yes to. The product should fade into the background — that's the whole point.
