A CRM built for mortgage applications
Salestrekker describes itself as a CRM for finance and mortgage brokers, with broker tools, lender policy search and product types from home loans to commercial on its higher plan. Briefi is not a broking CRM.12
Salestrekker is a CRM for finance and mortgage brokers: the pipeline, the client portal, lender and data integrations and the broker tools behind an application. Briefi is not a broking CRM. It is the layer for the client conversation: the meeting, the follow-up, document requests and signing. If you need a system to run applications, that is Salestrekker. If your gap is what happens with the client in the room and afterwards, look at Briefi, possibly alongside it.

A brief before you meet, a recap after with decisions and actions that have an owner, and a follow-up drafted for you to check and send from your own mailbox.
Engagement letters and approvals are signed online from the same record, and the signed PDF carries a certificate page with names, times and a SHA-256 digest.

A register of each client’s loans and policies, with a review journey that tells you when each one is due.
