One system for the advice process
Plutosoft describes one system for the entire advice process, with an Adviser Hub, a Client Hub and a Licensee Hub. Briefi is not a CRM or advice production system.12
These do different jobs, and many practices could use both. Plutosoft is an advice platform: a CRM and advice production system for advisers, a client portal and a licensee hub. Briefi runs the client conversation around it: the meeting, the fee consent journey, signing and a portal. Briefi does not produce advice documents, model a position or connect to Plutosoft. If you need one platform for the advice process, that is Plutosoft. If your gap is the conversation and the fee paperwork around the meeting, look at Briefi.
What each does today. Every line about Plutosoft links to the page it came from.

Plutosoft produces the advice. Briefi runs the conversation around it. A row appears only where Plutosoft’s own pages say something we could check. Those pages were read through a summarising tool, so check Plutosoft directly before you decide.

Briefi was built for practices that meet the same households every year. It does not replace your advice platform. It covers what happens with the client around it.
A register of every ongoing fee arrangement with a reference day. Whether consent is current, open, due or lapsed is worked out each time, with a window from 60 days before to 150 days after the anniversary.
Financial Services Guide, privacy statement and advice fee agreement go out in one link. The wording is your licensee’s, filled in by you, and each client signs for themselves.
The work for each review laid out from the reference day, with document requests to the client and the policies you placed kept beside it.
A brief before the meeting, a recap after with actions that have an owner, and a follow-up from your own mailbox.
Briefi does not produce advice documents, does no modelling and has no connection to Plutosoft. Its written output is in English only, and identity checks are not available yet.
Briefi charges a monthly price for each plan, with the seats and allowances set out on the pricing page. Plutosoft publishes no prices.
Briefi prices are in AUD and are read from the same price list as the pricing page, so they change when it does.
No, and it is not meant to. Plutosoft is an advice platform. Briefi handles the client meeting, the fee consent journey, signing and a portal around it. It does not produce advice documents.
Yes. Many practices could run Plutosoft for the advice and Briefi for the conversation. There is no connection between them, so your team records each fee, policy and date in Briefi.
Yes. Briefi prepares a brief before the meeting and writes a recap after it, with a follow-up drafted for you to check. Plutosoft lists File Notes and Transcription as coming next.

Each ongoing arrangement has a reference day. Briefi works out from it, and from the consents recorded, whether consent is current, open, due or lapsed, using a window that runs from 60 days before each anniversary to 150 days after. Your licensee’s own rules and your own advice on the law come first.
